American Heart Association

Arts Center of Hilton Head Island

Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, the award winning regional Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is a remarkable showcase for professional performing and visual arts, as well as cultural festivals and educational outreach.

Beaufort County Historical Society

The oldest organization in Beaufort County dedicated to the study and preservation of history,  a member based organization, the society was established in 1939.  

The Bob Pancoast Sailing Scholarship Fund

This fund awards sailing scholarships to deserving youth in the Hilton Head Island area. Instruction and summer camps take place at The South Carolina Yacht Club.

Boys and Girls Club of the Lowcountry

Camp Adam Fisher

Camp Adam Fisher is the carolinas largest camp for children with diabetes, 

their brothers, sisters and friends. We are located on Lake Marion in Summerton, SC.  

Coastal Discovery Museum

Community Foundation of the Lowcountry

The Community Vehicle

SCYC Member Chip Collins and his company Collins Group Realty provide "The Community Vehicle" to be used by non-profits, charities, schools, churches, etc. for local use and the only expense is refilling the gas tank prior to returning it. For more information, contact Jeff Prekop at 843-341-6300.

The Deep Well Project

Helping neighbors in need by providing basic assistance in emergency situations. This assistance is immediate and non-bureaucratic, intended to provide clients with a hand up, not a hand out. 

Heroes on Horseback

Hilton Head Humane Association

To reach beyond the Council’s membership to the wider community to provide information on international affairs and its effect on global policies.

Since its inception, this community-wide event has raised over $1,000,000 to benefit various Lowcountry children’s charities including $225,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of Hilton Head Island, $350,000 to The Children’s Center, $100,000 to Volunteers In Medicine’s (“VIM”) Pediatric Dental Clinic and $60,000 to Neighborhood Outreach Connection.
